ભારતીય મહાદ્વીપ સ્વાતંત્ર્ય સાથે ભારતીય ઉપખંડમાં અભૂતપૂર્વ હિંસાનું તાંડવ આવ્યું. ગાંધીજીએ પ્રાર્થના પ્રવચન દ્વારા લોકોને શાંતિ અને ભાઈચારાની અરજ કરી. આકાશવાણીથી આ પ્રવચનો ઉપખંડની પ્રજા સુધી પહોચાડ્યા. ઉપલબ્ધ પ્રવચનો અહીં પ્રસ્તુત છે.
